Help us gather information about the condition of Providence's parks and public spaces! Citywide Green is conducting an ongoing survey of people's opinions about Providence's parks and public spaces. The results will be used to guide our efforts and they will also be provided to the Providence Parks Department to aid them in better managing Providence's parks.Your name and other identifying information will not be disclosed to the Parks Department or anyone outside Citywide Green unless you have been contacted and given us permission.
Please do realize that this survey is a primarily a planning tool. If there is an urgent safety issue in your park or public space please see the Take Action page for information on who to contact.
To take part in the survey, please print out the survey form, take it to a park, and fill it out while you are at the park or public space. If you need help finding parks in your neighborhood please visit the Park Finder page.

Once you have completed the survey you can enter your survey results here on our web site. Or, if you would prefer you can mail the paper survey back to Citywide Green at the address listed on the form and on the contact us page. Please do not do both because that just makes more work for us because we have to filter out the duplicates.
Parks & Public Spaces Inventory
You can help us gather more detailed information about Providence's city parks by filling out and sending in the Parks & Public Spaces Inventory form. This is a longer form than the survey and it is designed to gather more detailed information about the conditions and facilities in Providence's city parks and public spaces.
